My sister and I grew up in a working class household. My Dad worked and continues to work with developmentally disabled individuals. My Mom was a Social Worker. After graduating High School, I attended the State University of New York at Brockport on an ROTC Scholarship. I received a Bachelor's Degree in History and Commissioned into the Active Duty Army as an Intelligence Officer. I served on Active Duty for four years, leading Soldiers at Ft. Gordon, Georgia as well as overseas. When I transitioned from Active Duty, I joined the Army Reserve Component, and in 2015 acquired a full time job with Alion Science and Technology, a government contracting company, in Rome, New York. I continued my education in 2017 by commuting one weekend a month to the National Intelligence University in Bethesda, MD, earning a Master's of Science Degree in Strategic Intelligence, graduating in 2020.
 

Living in Central New York has significantly enriched my life. I built a career here, made lasting friendships, and care deeply about the area's future and its people. It is the first place that has ever truly felt like home in my adult life. With my most recent position as a Program Manager, and as a Major in the Army Reserve, I will bring service, leadership, and a depth of varied experience to this office. I am committed to making sure everyone in our district has a voice, and I pledge to always be available to hear your concerns. Let's build a Central New York that works for all of us.
